I’m a communications consultant with 20 years’ experience in media, journalism and PR.

I began my career as a regional newspaper journalist before crossing the divide into public and media relations.

I’ve worked across a number of sectors – media, advertising, politics, higher education, corporate communications – for organisations including Trinity Mirror plc, the European Commission, Universities UK and the Russell Group.
